Vets All Natural Complete Mix is a convenient muesli you can add to raw meats to help balance a raw diet.
The best diet you can offer your dog is a raw diet. The worst diet you can feed is the wrong raw diet, so make sure you research. Feeding your dog a chicken breast every day isn’t a balanced diet, there are many nutrients they source from other ingredients. Feeding a muesli mix takes some of the risk away from feeding raw, but you need to ensure you’re feeding the correct meats and organs.
Let’s take a look at Complete Mix for Adult Dogs, with other formulas available for grain/gluten free, sensitive skin, weight loss, and puppies.
Don’t be put off by this mix containing grains, as decent grains are beneficial for dogs. The best grains we can find in a dog food are oats and barley, and we find both of those here. We also find flaxseed meal as an excellent ingredient for overall health, heart health, joints, and coat. If you are concerned about grains, or your dog suffers grain allergies, then opt for the grain free mix.
There’s a range of dried vegetables and fruits (the ingredients don’t say what), as well as dried garlic (beneficial in small amounts), and a range of ingredients rich in essential vitamins and minerals. These offer many benefits for digestion, immune support, skin, coat, and joint health.
Feeding raw (researched) is beneficial, so Vets All Natural has a number of great benefits. If you currently feed dry then consider introducing something like this into your dogs diet. If it works you could start introducing more raw and less dry.
If this has helped you please take the time to share it to other Australian pet owners. Thank you 🙂
