My dog ….. not happy at all opened up a fresh can to feed my pooch . He starts eating and I hear an all mighty yelp . Go straight over to him and he cannot close his mouth because there was this thorny stick stuck in his mouth . Quite pissed off because if he had swallowed this thorny stick who knows how much damage it would have done to his insides . Not to mention the cost . Disgraceful

To My Dog Australia
I have been a long time user of your products for my previous dog and current puppy. It was horrifying to see a layer of fungus in one of your puppy food cans when I opened it. There was no damage to the can and it was tightly sealed when I opened it. Making me think twice about your “fresh” ingredients. Disappointing.

A couple of photos of what I found inside my dog food tin last week. After giving my dog his dinner the first night, my partner noticed this the second night we went to feed him! Utterly disgusted with this. A rust filled tin. I usually only ever buy dog rolls of another brand but I decided to buy 2 of these tins as backup. Just wanted to bring this bacteria filled tin to your attention as I don’t want any other dogs and there owners to come across this kind of thing. Rust (oxidised iron) is unsafe to eat and I’m sure you would certainly agree. I have attached the barcode as you may be able to use this for batch number or something. I will wait for a reply and outcome of this incident.
